研究領域ロービジョン者の視機能・QOL評価、視覚障害児の学習支援、乳幼児の視覚健診
研究紹介

・ロービジョン（低視覚）者の視覚機能を評価し保有視機能を最大限に活用する視覚補助具の選定・訓練に関する研究を行っています。
・特別支援学校と連携して視覚に障害をもつ子どもの視覚発達の支援および就学援助に取り組んでいます。
・幼児期の眼科健診の充実から視覚の障害を早期に発見することを目指して、3歳児健診および保育園・こども園の健診に参加しています。
・子どもの視覚機能とスポーツの関係（スポーツビジョン）を評価し訓練効果に関する研究に取り組んでいます。

Research Introduction・ Selection and training of visual aids that evaluate the visual function of people with low vision and make the best use of their visual function.

・ Support for visual development and school attendance for visually impaired children in collaboration with special needs schools.

・ Participate in 3-year-old child health checkups and nursery school / childhood checkups with the aim of early detection of visual impairments from the enhancement of early childhood ophthalmology checkups.
